We start working on your order as soon as it’s placed, especially because most of our products are made just for you. Personalized items usually take a little extra care, so processing can take 1 to 3 days.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on the way so you can follow it easily.

We do our best to deliver everything on time, especially for special occasions, because we know how important your gifts are.

Since most of our products are personalized, we usually don’t accept returns unless there’s an issue with the product.

If you receive something damaged, incorrect, or not up to the mark, just reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.

For non personalized items, returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging.
