Shipping policy

At BLAKIA, we know you want your gear as fast as possible. Here is how we get it to you.

Processing Times

We process all orders within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, but we will always reach out to let you know.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

  • Express Shipping: If available, this will reach you within 2 to 3 business days.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics issues outside of our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

If you receive your order and it is damaged or the packaging is tampered with, please take a photo immediately and contact us. We want to make it right.
