1. The 3-Day Return Window
You have 3 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Because this is a short window, we recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives. If 3 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
